Two days after the first recording of my experimenting with chord progressions, I came up with this. I guess it's more than just a chord progression, It's also got a relatively skeletal melody line to it... It's great just to be able to record things and then look back and try and recall what you were thinking at that exact moment. I guess that's how my finished song came to be.
You see, because I've procrastinated so much, I have to write learnings from a month ago. Learnings is not a real word, yes, I realize, however it's a word I've decided to use to express the knowledge and skills I've gained.
A definite skill I personally think I'm starting to excel at is reading instructions. I could remember how to embed the code for the SoundCloud snippet, but after looking for instructions, I was able to figure it out. Here you go, have a listen! Just don't listen too closely else you'll hear the birds chirping and sun shining.

I've realized that one of the reasons for my procrastination is that I tend to go off on a rabbit path. I was almost going to spend another half hour trying to listen to what is recorded above and write it in music notation. However, I've decided that it is not necessarily needed. And it's also time consuming, perhaps if I had more time I'd be able to make a music sheet for each and every piano rambling I've thought up.
